What’s the difference of Condor Mini Plus and Condor Mini

There will be a key cutting machine from Xhorse, named Condor XC-Mini Plus.

It’s a replacement of the old Condor XC-Mini.

What’s the difference of Condor Mini Plus and Condor Mini?

Condor Mini Plus has the same features and functions as Condor Mini.

Bu the PLUS is improved a lot in hardware - better for remotes.

Condor XC-Mini Plus automatic key cutting machine standerdy includes two clamps M1 and M2 support sided, track, dimple and tibble keys, some dimple/tibble keys need M3 optional clamps used for Ford FO21 & CItroen SX9 keys.

Ktag Ford Transit SID20: Yes or No?

Here, I’ll guide you to step by step read 2013 Ford Transit ECU SID208, using Cloned Ktag firmware 6.070 software 2.08

ECU: SID208 from 2013 Ford Transitthe whole procedure!

Run KTAG firmware 6.070 software

Select the model: Ford Transit nd ECU type: KW: 103 HD: 140 2012 SIEMENS SID208

Check SID207 pinout and wiring diagram from KATG database.

Plug-in 510: SID 208 IROM IC1797

The area on ECU board you need to solder wires:

Connection: solder to the boot pins and the CNF1 pin.

Note: You need stable power bench supply and set it to minimum 13.6V and minimum 3A as this ECU needs a lot of power supply.

Review: KTAG on SID 208 ECU read/write

Review 1: Confirmed: I read Ford SID208 by KTAG EU CLONE V6.070 - 14.1V and work perfect. 

Lower voltage doesn't work. SID needs higher voltage, use external battery and charger or higher output adapter.

Review 2: Ford SID208 and PSA SID807evo done by KTAG OK!

Review 3: KTAG EU clone read and write no problem! 

Done Land Rover Defender 2013 with 2.2 transit engine SID208 using KTAG 2.11 and write by OBD using KESS V2 2.08 both PCB not reworked just changed NXP chip!

Review 4: I had transit 2012 SID208. Until 13.7 volts, nothing, communication error!

After raising the voltage it worked like a charm! It’s a Chinese clone just that I reworked.

Review 5: I made sid208 with china reworked KTAG, read/write 100%, but you need china quartz component or resonator with 3 pins, not better 2 pins.

Review 6: You need 10amp and 14V and KTAG will read it perfectly!

Review 7: My power supply is 5A and voltage 13 and read 100%

Review 8: 13.5V is ok, but needed provide lot Amps, can use car battery for power supply if lab tools are not from top.

Review 9: 13.8V 3amp and mine reads fine.

Review 10: KTAG read fine, 12.5V 3amp supply.

Xhorse VVDI2 and Yanhua Mini ACDP, which for BMW CAS & EWS?

What should you have for BMW CAS/EWS key programming? Is the new Yanhua Mini ACDP programming master better than Xhorse VVDI2 commander?

Xhorse VVDI2 can work for both CAS and EWS

Yanhua ACDP works for CAS only! It fails in old BMW.

So, if you’re gonna have one for a BMW dealer shop or auto repair shop, Xhorse VVDI2 is your best option of BMW immo. With VVDI2, you should pay for CAS4 and FEM.BDC authorization separately. That is, you should buy:

VVDI2 BMW basic & OBD ($925) + CAS4 authorization ($199) + FEM/BDC authorization ($169)

But if you just need a key tool for personal use and for CAS/FEM/BDC, have a Yanhua Mini ACDP programmer. You can buy the one for CAS only, or the one for FEM/BDC only, depending on your car. That is, you can have a Yanhua Mini ACDP for CAS ($295) or Yanhua Mini ACDP for FEM/BDC ($295) at a decent price.
